Ledgard Wines supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Shipping Information
Wines are shipped via Australia Post, Aramex or Courier services, you should expect delivery within 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location. Postage is calculated once you have completed your shopping cart and will be displayed at the checkout when your payment is finalised.
When you are not available at the time delivery is attempted Australia Post will leave it in accordance with shipping instructions or they will leave a card to let you know the wines are available to be collected at your local Post Office. If you are unable to collect the wine within 10 days Australia Post may return the wine and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
When you are not available at the time the delivery is attempted by Aramex it will be left in accordance with shipping instructions or returned to the nearest courier depot Aramex will then leave a card for instructions for delivery or pick up.
Appropriate ID may be required to ensure the recipient is not less than 18 years of age. On delivery please inspect the goods to ensure there are no breakages and that the correct items have been received.

Incorrect Address/Delivery Details
If any deliveries cannot be made due to an incorrect address or incorrect delivery details, the wines will be returned to us, additional handling and postage charges may apply for re-delivery.
Where delivery instructions provide us with an 'Authority to Leave' and the wine has been delivered by Courier, Australia Post or Aramex as per your instructions, the wine is immediately your responsibility, even if it is left unattended. Ledgard Wines and its contractors associated with the delivery do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from this 'Authority to Leave' delivery method.
Ledgard Wines cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses which are provided by the customer. If the incorrect address is supplied to us and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
To avoid these costs, we recommend that you double check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.

Privacy Policy
Ledgard Wines keeps the information you have provided to us confidential. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on or sell any of your personal details with anyone. We use your details provided to process your order(s), provide you with customer service and to provide you with our newsletter.

Credit Cards
No Credit Card information is stored by Ledgard Wines or its server. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars only.

Returns & Refunds Policy
If your delivery is incorrect, damaged, or in the rare instance you are unsatisfied in any way please email us with the details within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a delivery with any breakages we will organize for the broken bottle(s) to be replaced at no additional charge or you will be refunded equal to the price paid by you for the broken bottle(s). We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are incorrect. Any products that are returned must be unopened.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after the delivery date.
